Your studio,
digitally inked.
Inkly bundles booking, waitlist, gift cards, and consent into one Control Center — built for German studios, GDPR-compliant from the ground up.
Built by a studio — not a software company.
We run our own tattoo studio in Hamm, Germany, and use Inkly there every day for our own inquiries, appointments, and aftercare. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves — not because it looked good on a roadmap.

Calculated against typical market prices for appointment and salon software in Germany (single-seat to multi-seat tiers), plus the extra work of the GDPR Art. 9 compliance package that generic schedulers don't provide. With yearly billing, the monthly price reflects 10 instead of 12 monthly payments. The founder price applies to the first 10 studios that sign up and stays in place for them permanently, even once the quota is filled.
Referred by a studio? With a code, your first month is free.
Built for German law, not bolted on.
Tattoo studios process health data. Inkly was built with GDPR Art. 9 at its core from day one — not as a compliance feature added on top.
SERVERS IN GERMANYAll data stays within the EU, hosted with a German provider.
GDPR ART. 9 COMPLIANT CONSENTHealth data is captured separately, signed, and stored encrypted.
DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT INCLUDEDA DPA is provided automatically at signup.
In your studio admin area, you choose after how many months consent and client data gets deleted automatically.
EXAMPLE — the real setting lives in your studio admin area
With this choice, consent data would be automatically deleted after 6 months.
This example only shows how the toggle looks — no real data is changed here. Exception: legally required records (e.g. invoices) are kept for 10 years per German tax law (§147 AO) regardless of this setting.
Before you get started
What does Inkly cost?
Inkly starts at €5.99/month for Basic (founder price, €9.99 afterwards) or €59/month for Studio, depending on studio size. The base price covers the platform, support, and the full GDPR compliance package. Additional artists beyond the included quota are billed pro-rata.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial runs without a credit card or any other payment details. You decide only after the trial whether to continue.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days we'll ask you to add payment details so your subscription can continue via Mollie. Without payment details, we pause access to your studio — your data stays intact and nothing gets deleted.
Does Inkly work for studios with multiple artists and piercers?
Yes. Every artist and piercer gets their own calendar, and you see your studio's utilization at a glance in the Control Center. The Studio plan includes up to 5 artists; additional ones are billed pro-rata.
How does the referral code work?
A studio that already uses Inkly can give you a referral code. Enter it at signup and your first paid month after the trial is free.
What is the founder price and how long does it last?
The founder price applies to the first 10 studios that sign up and stays in place for them permanently — even after the quota is filled or the regular price changes later. It isn't a limited-time discount.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, all plans can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum contract term. Annual billing locks in the chosen term, but saves you two months' payments.
